This put the Procursator in a position to preform two duties in combat operations, primarily Hit and Run. As a result, the guns were usually "stepped down" with the main guns generating 110 teratons of power per shot in normal combat operations. The ship was over armed for its size, out gunning even an ISD, its reactor, while powerful, could only generate about 60% of the power needed to power its combat systems. The Procursator was also more dedicated to naval combat, carrying less troops, to make room for heavier shields and power systems. They were, while roughly the same size as the ISD, more lightly armed, but in doing so it gained some maneuvering capabilities. Analogous to roughly two Gladiator-class it was designed to patrol outer rim territories in groups of three to six and keep the peace in the area. The Procursator-class Star Destroyer was a light star destroyer class produced by the Mikaru Corporation and used in many numbers by the Free Echani Alliance.
